Faculty and Student Development Programs

Antone & Associates' Faculty and Student Development Program was developed to focus on student, faculty, and corporate-industry relationships developed at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). Additionally, the model can be applied to a broad range of academic environments seeking to develop stronger research programs, faculty, and students. A series of workshops will be conducted over an academic year which target faculty development and students who are interested in careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The sessions are held on-site at a facility designated by the college. The program also welcomes participation from college staff members.
