Quality Control Disaster Recovery (QCDR)

QCDRQCDR is a web based, quality control tool that streamlines project management activities which includes full reporting functionality and allows real-time access to project status. QCDR can be adapted for hand-held computers and smart phones as well as support for satellite imagery.

QCDR includes four independent components based upon the stages of disaster recovery:

  • Preparation
  • Response
  • Relief
  • Restoration
QCDR is further structured into four component modules:
  • Introduction and Training Module
  • Program Manager Module (Government)
  • QA/QC Team Module (Government or QC Contractor)
  • Contractor Module
QCDR is designed as a Smart Interface; the modular system restricts access based on the user's authentication at login and allows the user access to the necessary module based on the user's classification.
